METHOD OF PREPARATION OF PLANTAIN FLOUR

  • Dissolve small quantity of flour in a bowel with cold water.
  • Place cooking pot on fire and pour in sufficient water.
  • When fully boiled, pour in dissolve flour.
  • Cover pot and allow it to cook.
  • Open the pot and add more flour little by little stirring steadily till smooth dough is obtained.
  • Serve.

  • Pour sufficient boiling water into a bowel.
  • Add sunvita flour and stir when you have poured enough flour into the bowel.
  • Contiune stirring till the desired texture is obtained.

METHOD OF PREPARATION OF MOI-MOI BEANS FLOUR

  • Dissolve your desired quantity of flour in a bowel with cold water.
  • Add your desired spices such as Crayfish, Onions, Salt etc and mix them together.
  • Put the mixture into foil.
  • place a pot on fire and cook until the moi-moi is ready.
  • Serve.

  • Dissolve your desired quantity of flour in a bowel with cold water.
  • Add your desired spices such Onions, Salt etc and mix them together.
  • place your frying pan with groundnut oil on fire.
  • When the groundnut oil is hot, fry the mixture until the Akara is ready.
  • Serve.
